The album clearly isn't a flop or anything like that. All anyone is mocking, is the fact that they all believed his next album would perform exponentially better than GNX did and I can assure you that if Kendrick didn't waste his momentum and dropped this album in late May, June or even July, it'd have amassed almost 500M US streams, if not more, just off the hype alone.
It's a side piece album. If you really want to be critical of numbers do it with the next one around the Superbowl. I don't think he or pglang are expecting much of this album number wise but theyl take what theyre getting.
