There's a huge difference between doing like 12 stadium dates outside of the US vs what Taylor's doing with the Eras Tour

legacy peaks also shouldn't matter for discussing who the biggest artist is. it makes no sense. Saying Ed Sheeran is bigger than The Weeknd for example would just feel wrong

That being said, grander scheme of things in rap is America it's rest of the world that's irrelevant.

A goal of an international artist is literally break out in US. We got everyone from burna Boy to Karol G doing more touring in US than their own country because for the most part this is the most and in many cases only relevant market.
