Drake’s album IS underperforming due to it being an R&B album and a collab album, and HNVM also underperformed because it was a house album.
His next solo album will be a better judge of where he stands commercially. But no comparison is ever apples to apples. When Drake does drop his solo, I’m sure the tracklist will be bloated as hell and the impact that has on the streaming numbers won’t be acknowledged.

It's not underperforming. It's performing just exactly how a collab R&B album with PND should perform. I gave you the exact number it would sell first week before the 1st day streaming numbers were announced.
It's only underperforming if you ask people with no clue on charts and sales.
