Collab albums are actually really easy to predict. They usually fall directly in the middle of what the two artists sold on their last albums. FATD did 400k and PND4 did 40k so you’d expect around 220k. I went super conservative with my 150k fw estimate because I tried to factor in a decline in Drake’s popularity since FATD plus most people really not enjoying Party’s music. Seems I over indexed though and Drake’s popularity hasn’t taken that big of a hit and it’ll be closer to that 220k than I predicted.

Less people tuned in from the jump because they knew it was a PND collab album at the outset. People didn’t know what HNVM was so it got the benefit of the doubt. A lot of people went into the album thinking it was a Drake solo rap album
