For them it's not about having "good" numbers, it's about being able to do a "gotcha" with Kendrick stans which they cannot do this time, as it failed on that metric. It didn't fail on the metric of being good numbers though.

Y'all say the Drake fans got an excuse for every flop but every excuse is just "people don't fw it"

Honestly Nevermind flopped – "Yeah, people don't fw dance music like that"

$$$4U supposedly flops – "Yeah, people don't fw collab albums and especially PND like that"

Drake's album sales go down when he focuses on music that people don't really like that much. What's the excuse? Isn't that something y'all can agree with since you seem to not like the albums?

On the flip side I've never seen a Kendrick fan admit Mr Morale underperformed because people didn't actually like it.
