May 21, 2022All that mysterious s*** didn’t play out like it was supposed to. If the album was loved by the listeners instantly, the word of mouth would have been crazy and the numbers as well. But everybody was on the fence or saying you can’t judge it after one listen that’s all people need to know to not tune in.

You people have been saying this since Views and you're forever wrong. Drake will keep putting up bigger numbers than everyone else in the game for the foreseeable future because of the simple fact that his music grows on people.
People trashed Views, More Life, Scorpion, DLDT and CLB upon release but they also never stopped listening to those projects. That's why Drake will always win. There'll be just as much anticipation for Drake's next project as there was for CLB, if not more.
It's been 14 years of him outdoing his peers. You'd think y'all would have gotten used to it by now.
