It would be an impressive miracle if Drake outsells, and even if he does outsell first week I don’t see it having any longevity for streaming

If they add all red to a digital deluxe version do those streams get added or does it have to be on the streaming version for that to happen

Wouldn’t be a miracle at all. A collab album with PND who sells 40k normally did only 70k less than GNX. And all Drake albums outside of HNVM have had at least decent longevity (even $$$), so I wouldn’t know why his next one wouldn’t?

But let’s say he does outsell, what will the excuse be do you think?

it depends on how many streams that song gets this week for it to count for the first week

the current all red streams would count towards the album certifications if it got added

1. the preorders never shipped so carti fumbled 150k in pure sales (at least for the time being)
2. the streams have been collapsing pretty quickly, like they did for WLR

so 250k makes sense to me, and i think whether or not it goes lower depends on where it stabilizes.

i mean i don't think drake has any potential to outsell kendrick unless it's a pop adjacent album. people have made pretty clear what they want from him.
