we comparing albums with 750million streams to albums predicted to have 350-400mill
and wondering why they debut different on the hot 100

MUSIC getting 2 songs in top 5 now. (Probably #2 and #4)
NOKIA top 3 WILL happen

CRUSH shoulda been one its the best song on the album and getting no love on streaming
i just dont get how people in here confused how GNX debuted like 6 songs when it did like ~350mil across 12 songs
this is gonna finish at ~350-370mil across 30 songs, shouldnt be any confusion on hot 100 performance
Aight man
Iv personally seen quite a few people bumping post's diamond collection front to back. s***s weird but its a playlist to them
The only album this applies to of his is Silk Sonic
24k magic too tbh
How is “most songs ever charted simultaneously by one artist” a niche stat?
It’s not everyday that 30% of the Hot 100 is occupied by one artist
Just a niche dumb stat because barely any artists have released 30+ song albums

304k SEA is well, well over 350-400 million streams, more like 420-430 million streams. legends never die had 5 songs in the top ten with a similar number of streams
Ain't you tired

Music at 400 mil is average of 13mil a song
Juice wrld at 430mil is an average of 19mil a song (and im being generous to ur argument here as juice wrld had interludes included in his 22 songs)
Its a big difference
Also cartis album is frontloaded off only 2 songs, only evil jordan and the weeknd song have been outstreaming Luther & Nokia since Saturday

again, at HDD’s projection of 304k SEA he isn’t doing just 400 million but more like 420-430 million.
idk what you thought the point of my post was but i fully expect music to perform a lot better on the hot 100 than talk of the charts’ initial projections which i think they assumed the streams would continue to tank when they made that post
Kendrick would never let this happen
Am i the only one who thinks he was 100% justified in what he was doing there

whether it was justified or not it’s hilarious that a certain demographic tries to portray it as kendrick’s decision when it was top dawg and he had all of TDE sign off on it including SZA yet no one says “remember when SZA threatened to remove her music from spotify if they banned r kelly and XXX?”
Huge Carti fans appearing in the thread now
I love this cycle

So there's this thing called leverage, and in 2018 SZA had none.
coming for blinding lights title?
nobody irl cares about this song like that
Lady GaGa, THATS AMAZING! So glad to see you doing well and also making incredible music still

no matter how you try to spin it, it doesn’t change the fact that it was top dawg who called spotify’s CEO and threatened to remove TDE’s music

Dixie chicks is the worst case scenario of something like that
imagine your songs get booted off streaming cause you oppose a war
Tde or whoever did it was 100% correct
Not a single Weeknd post on this page
Very fishy
No fader on this page either, coincidence? I think not
