You crazy for this one NoctaHer Loss drake was not necessarily “new”. Like yeah there were interesting flows, etc. but it almost feels like an extension of WATTBA. HNVM was special because it felt fresh and a bit of an outlier in drakes catalog if that makes sense?

I grew up on a bit of house and I understand if it felt fresh for him. Tbh I thought it was limited if you dabble in the genres he tried. I'll give it to Drake though, it was definitely new for him. I still fw Sticky and Massive.
Her Loss on the other hand, he carried all the way, and completely stole the show from 21. Bro was having fun on that.

Also this isn’t not to say I don’t f*** with her loss. It’s absolutely still in my rotation. I knew we were in for some crazy s*** from Drake after I heard rich flex for the first time 😂. I believe that tape is a small part of the reason 2024 went down the way it did.
However, Songs like overdrive, a keeper and flights booked were just so captivating for me…
