Show me a song boosted by Super Bowl that stayed on top for 2 months after lol.

It gave it a boost but Super Bowl boost doesn’t last for months

It’s the 2020s, monoculture is dead.

I still have not heard a single song off The Tortured Poets Department, and it was by far the highest selling album of 2024.

It’s not a stretch to imagine that there are people out there who didn’t give a f*** about For All The Dogs or never heard it played anywhere.

Nothing is truly “everywhere” anymore. Culture is a vast sea of various sized bubbles now, some are just bigger than others. It’s very, very rare for something to breakthrough and cross numerous audiences nowadays

Die With A Smile was 2015-level huge. I was in the Philippines on a smal island in January and everyone was singing it on the streets.

All the Stars re-entered the chart at #14 after the Super Bowl.

Fell to #23 two weeks later.

Fell to #33 two weeks after that.

And then went recurrent the week after that.

How is that comparable at all to luther being #1 for seven straight weeks?

I still know numerous people that have never heard that song once. It’s huge, yes, but I wouldn’t say it broke through to every corner
