rather lie - came and went

i'm the problem - clinging to the bottom of the top 10
just in case - falling out of the top 10
dark thoughts - stalled out before reaching the top 10
anxiety - already peaked
all the way - already falling off on streaming

No I’m not. I’m saying that a musician working with a musician is one thing. A musician working with a random person outside of music with a checkered past is another.

If Drake made a song with Kodak Black tomorrow, whatever.

If Kendrick did a stream collab with DJ Akademiks tomorrow, another alleged rapist, then that would be disturbing

Adin Ross isn’t an interviewer. He’s a popular streamer with a large and impressionable fanbase. The only reason people go on his streams is to appeal to his audience, there’s nothing journalistic about what he does whatsoever

The issue is not what exactly they did. The issue is that there is virtually zero reason for an artist like Drake to be giving guys like these bigger platforms than they already have

what was the reason for kendrick to pick kodak of all people? there are rappers that are victims of abuse, there are other rappers who have done bad things other than raping a teenager that could've been used.

id imagine as a victim of rape you'd look at a rapist being promoted on an album about healing and trauma and go "huh, that sucks, guess there isnt any justice for victims after all"
