And Drake doesn’t have a hit bigger this decade than Blinding Lights, what’s your point?

Nokia is a bigger solo hit than anything The Weeknd has put out post after hours btw

This is why dude is pressed. The Weeknd was the biggest star on the charts just 3 years ago and now he can't score a hit to save his life. Must be tough.

Almost as if the industry had shifted and our biggest stars aren’t seeming the same chart success they once saw before

But yea this only applies to The Weeknd and no other contemporary artist from his time

A song y’all called a flop is on pace to spend a total of 15 more weeks on the chart than “worldwide hit” NOKIA and you talking about big stars not having chart success

    Do y’all even hear yourselves

  • Aug 4, 2025

Timeless: flop record, carried by Carti, mid hook - 41 weeks on the Hot 100

NOKIA: worldwide hit, biggest song of 2025, catchy hook - on pace to depart the Hot 100 before 30 weeks

So what you're saying is that album the weenknd dropped has no replay value?

I’ve said numerous times in this thread that Hurry Up Tomorrow flopped commercially, I’m really not sure what sort of “gotcha” you’re aiming for when I’m agreeing with you

It’s a great album quality wise but it didn’t stick commercially whatsoever

I didn’t say “the biggest hit of 2025” I said it’s one of the biggest hits to come out this year in response to a user saying drakes new music was eliminated. You’re doing that thing again when you create arguments and words out of thin air

Yet its leaving the chart faster than songs that released in 2024

The difference between me and the Drake stans on here is I can admit when I’m wrong and when an artist I like flops.

I was dead wrong about the Nav album sales.

    Hurry Up Tomorrow flopped commercially.

Jackboys II absolutely bombed and was garbage.

Don’t Tap the Glass didn’t make any commercial impact.

Yet all of the Drake stans in this thread want to make all of these excuses and whataboutisms when we call out that his 2025 output is not sticking like we were told it would.

NOKIA was big when it dropped, but it fizzled out pretty quickly and is on pace to go recurrent within six months.

What Did I Miss? debuted high but quickly freefalled.

Which One was dead on arrival.

Instead of blaming bots, radio, industry conspirators, and saying things like “the song is getting played at parties”, why can’t y’all just be honest about these records’ commercial performances?

I called NOKIA vanishing off the chart within six months and they said I was crazy, now they’re calling it a normal chart run

    Genuinely useless to argue

How is the Drake thread doing today? Seems like fader is having a normal one

If I had a hundred posts in here today and they were all positive posts about Drake, you wouldn’t care. That’s why it’s embarrassing

You don’t actually care about how much I post. You care about what I post

  • Aug 4, 2025

Same niggas saying I post too much in here would be the same niggas liking every single one of them posts if I was praising Drake in all of them

Drake really doesn't need fans because his "haters" are more than sufficient to keep his name and music relevant.
