A handful of artists like J. Cole, Russ and even Drake called out the use of bots and y'all were on here arguing with them — artists who are actually in the industry and are aware of all the shenanigans that go on behind the scenes. Y'all called them liars, especially Drake, meanwhile this is s*** that anyone even remotely close to the industry has known for years now.

Drake would know because he's never indulged in any of the industry smoke and mirror tactics other artists have openly embraced like bundles, radio deals, 5-6 versions of the same song, etc.

I'm here for all this s*** being exposed in a real way.

They sure have been. But if you actually read the post you'll see that no hip hop artists were affected. Multiple sources will say the same thing

And that account is either capping or is clueless. Are you implying hip hop is the only genre not botting or that botting in general is not happening. Make a claim and stand by it instead of this constant goal post moving

My point is pretty much that you thinking # of songs is so important doesn't really add up considering the performance of a lot of these short albums v long albums.

SOUR and Short n Sweet are like 12 tracks and have outperformed all Weeknd, Drake, Travis, Taylor Swift albums this decade.

The fact that you can only name two proves you still don’t know what an exception to the rule is

Majority of the biggest albums this decade are all 20+ tracks

disgree. the numbers arnt high enough and there was no competition in his release dates to have a motive.

“The numbers aren’t high enough” and Young Thug is on record saying he used bots for DS4EVER which sold 150K and BUSINESS IS BUSINESS which sold 89K

Look we know stream farms exist. We now have it on record that multiple high profile artists have used bots to some extent at some point. The simplest conclusion to make is that every major artist is using bots in varying capacities. All of this s*** is dressed up to look better than it actually is.

Maybe some of the artists aren’t even aware of it themselves, but it’s probably their labels doing it backdoor for them
