cardi's spotify debut is awful. can't even spin it as okay, she has three songs in the top 50.
luckily she is doing pretty good on apple music, but this will definitely be an underperformance.

Its gonna come down to how well they finessed the physicals.
Album broke walmart drone delivery records and has doordash deals so could still be really high 🤔

The fact that it’s Track 8 is the craziest part. Album really bricked my goodness

That’s the new single too
the one in all the playlists with a music video

It’s so weird because Cardi has dropped some pretty popular singles over the years on streaming, so she has a streaming audience. Did seriously nobody care about her follow-up album?

She is basically a local artist and even in her home market she is AM heavy is it gets.

it's basically a combination of spotify never being that good of a platform for her and spotify trending heavily against rap in the past few years. i thought she'd do decently there, but it makes sense why she wouldn't.

Love that Bodega Baddie was the top song in NY

she waited too long and pump faked too much.
Atlantic really let her wait to put an album out in the lowest streaming times
well its "fastest album to platinum" ☠️😭

Yeah, but mayhap pushing "Dead" (feat. Summer Walker) would've been a much cleverer idea.
230k to 250k maybe fw maybe
the mid reception isn’t gonna help either i can see it going down more

I think it will do 230k at least by default cause they gonna do whatever it takes to beat nickis first week lmao.

I’m not totally buying this though, because back when Invasion of Privacy dropped in 2018, all thirteen songs on the album charted on the Global 200 Chart the day it released.
To go from that to just 1 out of 23 songs charting on your follow up album is a crazy drop off
i think Cardi B's label is doing everything in their power to make her look bigger and more relevant than she actually is in 2025. She had her moment when hip hop was the #1 genre, but since 2022 she fell behind

Like I’ve said multiple times, if this does anything less than 300K first week this is the biggest flop album by a major star in the streaming era.
125K streaming and she can’t do at least 175K in pure sales with all of the bundles, variants, and in-store signings she’s doing?

I always remember that bullshit article that Punch wrote for DJBooth.net that said Cardi B was the Pac of our time back when Invasion of Privacy dropped
Talk about being a prisoner of the moment lmao
