Not necessarily. Fanbase demographics do play a factor in it because concert tickets are extremely expensive nowadays. Also, once you reach a certain level of popularity, the price = demand argument kinda diminishes the higher and higher you go.

And it’s not always just about pricing. You need to have the pull to even justify booking large venues in and of itself. Someone like Lil Tecca or Zara Larsson could announce a stadium tour tomorrow with tickets for $1 and that s*** would be empty because those artists do not have enough pull to justify numerous venues of that capacity
