I was wrong on the mix, but overall Drake has more free streams than most, which is what matters pertaining to charting albums on Billboard. Hence why he saw the biggest gains on the chart.

He has more paid streams than most, and paid streaming increased.

Increasing something that is 90% of consumption by 20% is a much more drastic impact, than increasing something that is 10% of consumption by 33%.

So the biggest streaming artist saw gains when they inflated free 🤖 and paid streams. I must've said that at least 6 times now.

No, you're still claiming free streams are what mattered pertaining to recharting/charting on Billboard.

Paid streams had a much bigger impact that week, in both raw and percentage increases.

You could have had horrible free streams that week but STILL have had a good gain due to paid streams also increasing.

Who cares if it’s bigger? That doesn’t make them incorrect, free streams still made an impact and that’s literally all they are saying

Her Loss is charting at #200. It's very likely that the mass amounts of free 🤖 streams Drake gets is what made it rechart. Regardless, both streams count and Billboard inflated both. (but free 🤖 streams by more)

You can take away someone's free streams entirely, and that 10% of their overall streams being gone would've still been offset by the remaining 90% of overall streams counting 20% more lmao.

You take away someone's paid streams entirely, and even with free increasing that'd be an 87% decline.

You needed paid streams to have the largest gains, not free streams.

Free streams are such a small component of streaming that their gains were absolutely overshadowed.

  • If Rocky plays his cards right, there’s a few songs I could see taking off and being hits. STAY HERE 4 LIFE and PLAYA specifically.

Someone made a good point that this is only Rocky’s second project in the streaming era, I’m very interested to see how it performs throughout the year

Uzi should drop the jersey club album or at least drop more songs like this from the vault. Woulda thought the wave dried up after JWR but clearly not.

You claimed Hurry Up Tomorrow’s sales were all real because “Billboard would catch fake numbers” yet are now saying Drake’s recent Billboard charting is proof his numbers are botted

Does Billboard now let fake numbers slide to you?

He "clearly uses bots" and it's "obvious after the rule change."

All this because Drake, the biggest artist of the streaming era, is predictably benefitting the most from a rule change that gives more weight to streaming.

You really can't make this s*** up

TheFader told me Billboard would catch fake numbers, so why is he crying about Drake dominating Billboard with real numbers?

I'll do you one better. Quick, ask him to prove how it's "obvious" Drake uses bots, following the rule change.
