No, but I've seen their rankings before. Don't they also consider stupid s*** like social media likes/views and s***? We know IG/Twitter likes doesn't equate to sales/streams so yes, that ranking is useless.

As for touring, Bad Bunny is making a killing over there but most of the other names on the list haven't toured in years so they're automatically at a disadvantage. Drake, Taylor Swift, Post Malone, Ed Sheeran all haven't toured yet so Bad Bunny automatically gets the edge over them.

He’s not dropping English records. It’s 2022 he doesn’t need to crossover with English versions of songs. He’s been adamant about that. Make them come to us and not the other way around.
