When is Billboard going to change it from “sales” to being about streams? Just count the streams and if an album sells an actual copy make it equal a certain amount of streams. It seems dumb to say an album “sold” this many copies now when most people are streaming music.

I get what you mean, France actually says "stream equivalents" and converts sales to streams since they are the future.
However the industry was still in the sales mindset when they created equivalents. Maybe one day way later they'll switch it around

the drake stimulus was definitely becoming less effective until wait for u came out, he had a string of features in 2021 that had little long term stability. although i think P power could have been a hit if it had been released with the original beat.
