Thats because KENDRICK wanted them too. They were copyrifhted at first, kendrick made a deal to where they are copyright free for a few months, then they are copyrighted again right now.
And thats ONLY regarding the literal beef songs, not all of his songs, which this newest song has only been offcially releaed on instagram.
Of course the labels or at bleast their auto copyright system would flag a song that isnt even offcially on youtube or streaming.

If you are in the music industry and are notable chances are you are connected to one of the big 3 music labels (UMG, Sony, Warner) in some way. Even the most independent artists, when they use certain labels for distribution, their parent companies always trace back to one of them somehow.
