The thing is Kendrick doesn’t really write those kind of songs often. You can’t really fit “bars” into story based songs
It’s easy for someone like Push to have crazy bars in his songs because his s*** is 95% tough talk and bragging (absolutely nothing wrong with that, Push in my top 5 oat) but imagine trying to stick a tough bar into something like Sing About Me or Mother I Sober lol. Kendrick’s whole albums revolve around stories and concepts that need to express different emotions and vibes. I’m sure he could do an album of Humble x15 if he wanted
Dude is clearly an insanely talented writer and he used this beef to show everyone he can bar up when he wants
If you wanna hear Kendrick just bar out he’s got freestyles all over the internet going back to the earliest moments of his career

Same.. I was trippin off two tabs and decided to watch it. But I never made it past the beginning when he gets shot in a bathroom I was trippin so hard I felt like I was in there wit him. S*** bugged me out, had to throw on fear and loathing in Las Vegas lollol i watched that s*** when i was sober and felt that the visuals were just annoying lol. I guess Fear and Loathing is a good film to get trippy with, though I don't really do that stuff so I wouldn't know
