I was listening to Reincarnated and then squabble up came on and it clicked as soon as he said “Reincarnated I was stargazin…”

The concept is he is on demon time, literally, he is literally an incarnation of Lucifer in a long line of musicians doing the devils work, but in a twist the devil in this universe is actually fighting to re-connect with his father instead of intentionally being evil

It’s pretty loose and it doesn’t really have a conclusion but yeah I’m getting that vibe

Idk if it's a crazy take but mine is that as great as GKMC is, it's accessibility attracted the most boring type of listener to Kendrick's music. Anytime I see people s*** on the rest of Dot's discog GKMC ends up being the exception
