I think that number you found was taking global Spotify streams into account, but you have to remember:

1. Billboard only reports US numbers, not global totals.

2. Not all Spotify streams are paid, which means you can’t really just say that “x number of streams = x number of sales”, you’d have to actually go in and see which ones are paid and which ones are free

I can’t either, I think they are trying to cut down on Drake and Kendrick threads and that’s coming from a huge Drake fan
