GNX is what I thought Damn was gonna be, turns out I was 7 years early but hey we here now. Damn is dope on its own way im just talking expectations.

Good way of putting it. I get that DAMN was Kendrick's first leap into easily digestible mainstream rap, album wise. But it just didn't do that much for me. Still doesn't honestly. But GNX is another easily digestible mainstream rap album from him, and it just hits much better to me.
