I’ll share my interpretation connecting the Lucifer arc and the reincarnation theme. In Kendrick’s rewriting of the story, God casts Lucifer down to Earth and continuously reincarnates until he’s found himself spiritually on an even understanding with God. A story of redemption I guess

In the final verse of reincarnated:

“My present life is Kendrick Lamar”

“Every individual is only a version of you”

Reinforcing the reincarnation continuity. Verse 1 and 2 are previous lives of the same soul

Man I’ll read it all but I think that’s still a very obvious way to look at it where when you do read the scripture, what Kendrick said is blasphemy. You can’t rewrite The Devil story, it goes against God. Which is why I was saying I don’t think Kendrick would do that and moreso might be taking a subtle shot at literal reincarnation through the use of AI and how this rapper was the leader of our youth and those both led us to lost youths (Pac dying, Drake promoting murder music and all the young legends we lost) and so Kendrick had to be reincarnated to reclaim these artists ignorances in their ways (based on the context of the verses) and “take the power” back from those who pimped a butterfly in the 90s and later in the 2010s
