Listening for the first time in about a week and yeah this still feels like an instant classic

Only part of this album I don’t like is 1:22-1:41 on squabble up

yea its hit and miss for me sometimes tbh.

Hopefully in the Tour theres some sort of mash up between the Debbie debbie song and squabble up just like Ye had it with Cold as ice

Agreed, forced ass imitation/recreation of the NLU OVhoe chant

  • Don’t fight it. Just accept it

Both chants are just references to black music lol doesn’t have anything to do with NLU.

Oh yeah I'm sure it wasn't intentional at all that it sounded so similar tight down to the backing vocals used

It was intentional but because it's a dance song not because of Not Like Us. Im not sure if you're black, but it's a reference to a dance call and response.

He did in Dodger Blue as well but instead of a call and response he did it as an instructional.

Step this way step this way - NLU
walk walk walk walk pivot walk - Dodger Blue
