Since he’s referencing Kendrick being petty, this could just mean him doing something to further agitate Drake during October / around his birthday. It doesn’t necessarily imply that the album is dropping then, it could easily be another video or something

i feel like something bigger than a music video would need to be released if he wants to get a bigger reaction out of Drake, which is why im leaning towards the theory of an album being released. especially since Drake's birthday is on a Thursday....
