Ain’t no way this is the real album. Every Kendrick album has a theme and motif. The only album that didn’t was untitled, unmastered.

Y’all acting like there’s no motif or theme to the album just because it isn’t as deep or complex as his usual albums
It’s a clear homage to his west coast roots throughout while his whole demeanor is on some Pac “me against the world and f*** all of y’all” s***. Feel like the overarching theme of this album is clearly Kendrick fully owning his rightful place as the top dog no pun intended
2nd listen in the whip Luther and Man at the garden straight skips smh
you get no hoes man
oh then this def not the album album lmao
U right about Snoop back then tho fs @SegaDreamFlash
Yall can’t just enjoy the album that literally dropped today without theorizing an imaginary second album
the mid pack cope settling
I think we disrespecting this album by saying there’s another one coming or this ain’t the real one. Let’s just enjoy this one fam!

yeah, this is one hundred percent a west coast rap homage. The beats and reincarnation in particular are so f***ing obvious.

Niggas flooded my notifications
The thing with those was, it was built on a concept, OD and Morale seem to lean less conceptual and more just straight to the point
I thought Mr Morale was pretty conceptual personally, a lot more than OD if we have to compare. Generational Trauma runs rampart throughout the whole project

he jumped right into the mix
