S*** was crazy
I was like damn family matters was disrespectful af then 30 minutes later “dear adonis”
Cant believe I thought crushing a van was the most disrespectful part of the beef for a good 30mins
Squabble Up one of the first heavily anticipated rap snippets to live up to the hype
somehow surpassed it
His flows on the rest of the song (and the entire album), I didn’t even know the little guy could rap like this man
Now talk about Hasan calling Israeli babies and children settlers and therefore ripe for kidnapping/rape/murder etc, and bringing 15 year old Houthi pirates on stream to slurp off for liking One Piece and playing literal propaganda music videos for his 16 year old fans
ban this loser
Like I been saying cause I wanted Kendrick to make this level of music and I’m standing on it
Been sayin we need some real bangers from him, all that pitchfork rap for KTT
honestly its hard where to rank this because mr morale and damn were both incredible this is probably better than the debut technically speaking, maybe not TPAB. somewhere between damn and mr morale? but it could be better than those even.
Idk if I can just put this over DAMN just yet but this album is connecting with me more on release day cuz I love that west coast s***. the bounce on these beats is crazy
Nas obviously likes Kendrick more than Drake and Cole.
He looks at Kendrick like a proud son.
Nas and Kendrick have a lot in common
They are both 2 rappers who for better or for worse stood on their morals and never got too wrapped up in what the industry wanted
They constantly got downplayed because they had another amazing peer who was bigger and when it came time to battle they whooped their f***ing ass
I actually much prefer Hov to Nas but I totally get what Nas and Kendrick have in common

ngl, first song names I saw on the tracklist were "squabble up" and "peekaboo" and I thought I was being pranked

Nah him saying “shake that ass b****” to whitney is still up there i was shocked he said that
That was a wild beef man
After a certain # of years in rap, you are legally mandated to put out a song where you personify an abstract concept or object related to Hip-Hop as a woman you love or once loved
And Nas has multiple
NLU AND WATCH THE PARTY DIE ARE MID THAT YALL PRETENDED WERE AS GOOD AS THIS
you can just instantly tell who this is just by the posting style
The way you be moving you gon end up like that crackhead
I see niggas using my bars, SHAME
nigga is mid 30s moving like one of the Mean Girl chicks
god forbid i end up like that god please
I had no idea @Leftside was in his mid 30s. He been passive aggressive comments itt all day like a b****
This s***’s flawless.
Hate to say it but he may have a better discog than Kanye at this point
I was prepared to be disappointed cause Reddit was like “it sort of sounds like a mixtape, it’s alright, I think he’s gonna release another one” LOL
This is next level

Also seeing "Heart Pt. 6" just seemed like a fake fan edit too

tbh when damn dropped i replayed DNA about 50 times before continuing, then i did the same with the intro on this s***. had a similar feeling to DAMN but this feels a lot more refined hes rapping and singing better on here but DAMN had some incredible cuts like lust so idk
Better than the snippet for sure
That sample that comes in had me like
Some tiktok guy knew it be that Debbie track too so I was hyped hoping it would and it didn’t disappoint
