NoirI think the argument for Kendrick is that he is seemingly incapable of releasing a bad album, whereas Kanye has been releasing them fairly consistently since 2019.
The peaks favor Kanye, but the consistency favors Kendrick.
Agree with the Kanye point, but also think Kendrick’s previous 2 have been dips in form. At least for me personally. This album has me checking for him again, but damn and mr morale I’d say are 7/10 albums
