I like it. I had to do something similar after I tore my ACL. Had a huge muscle imbalance between my quad and my calf muscles/glutes. My knee joint simply couldn’t withstand the pressure from cutting on a dime during football games. Had no idea that was such a huge contributing factor towards injuries at the time..
