surprised at how sparse and quiet this rollout is so far
maybe when monday starts hell be updating the website every day? Or maybe it really is just a weekly small thing then just the album
it’s funny reading dudes be like “nah bro you don’t get it, NOT dropping music is actually artistic and you must just be dumb to not get it” lmao
he had a son, dealing with COVID and prolly a lot of personal stuff along with trying to follow up his last s*** and helping baby keem, starting pglang. Hes already certified man i dont see why we still pissed he took a while to drop. It's not like we are lacking music everywhere else anyway.. this is the streaming era theres like 4 albums a week in each niche

just checked
man hasnt dropped in 5 years and is still #64 most listened on spotify
gad damn
that may not sound crazy but when you think he hasnt dropped in 5 YEARS and how many artists are out rn and on spotify its kinda wild, frank for reference is #170

on top of that it gets wilder when you realize he only has a few albums and some EPs
just shows that if he really gave a f*** about being on top every year he would have 0 problem doing so outside of a Drake release
that and the fact that GKMC got back into the billboard 200 the week he announced the album just speaks volumes.
people saying 300-350k first week but i really think it'll be 500+

see the thing is billboard rules make sales overall lower, like CLB last year doing 600k prolly wouldve been way more if s*** like bundles, single sales being included and stuff like the old rules. So we'll see. Honestly can see him doing 500+ personally but who knows nowadays.
It doesn't seem like he gives a single s*** about sales tho from how hes rolling it out

Yeah i feel like DAMN. was him proving be can run that pop rap lane and he did. But i just feel this album will be more in the vein of TPAB, potentially even more left-field (for a mainstream album)
