I doubt Dre wanted anything to do with MMLP2 and Revival. Em went pop since 2009 and besides, we did get a Dre production on the last one. His focus after Beats By Dre really shifted and Em’s sound suffered because of that imo. He also had a few credits on Anderson’s Malibu album. Hell, he just released a dope mini album full of classic sounding Dre beats. I don’t get the beatmaker v producer debate especially when it comes to guys who’ve long proven themselves including Ye.

Sure, mixing and maybe arrangements wise. Unless it specifically talks about him having produced beats for the whole album, I don’t believe it. I recall reading articles about how Ali and Dre mixed the album together.

I’m not sure about that one, but it is one of Kendrick’s favorite songs to perform overseas according to Ali. They were shocked when they first performed it in London and is a set list staple. Fun fact: Kendrick’s favorite rappers around GKMC time were Gunplay and 2Chainz
