Why you wanna see a good man with a broken heart?
Once upon a time I used to go to church and talk to God
Now I'm thinkin' to myself
untitled 05 might be top 5 kenny no cap
The imagery in U01 might be some of the greatest s***. Felt like i was actually in an apocalypse listening to it. Fast forward 4 years and it aint far off
Your “prime” doesn’t have an age limit, or limit period.
Actors “primes” be when they in they 40s, look at when Bradley Cooper and Matthew McConaughey careers took off
With Drake releasing his new album in January 2021 I hope that Kendrick will want to compete with him

I agree. I think rapper’s primes are effected by the amount of material they release. It just doesn’t sound as fresh when they’ve been releasing music for 10 years and are still rapping about some of the same topics
Or a week before
Week of Christmas? I would say week before Christmas. Albums always get a boost during Christmas and that could make his second week just as good as his first

Yes, possible. TDE should not wait for the festivals in Europe anymore, the Covid crisis is unpredictable but I always forget about SZA and Isaiah
March/April 2021 i reckon. That was probably gonna be the month it released this year so wouldnt surprise me for them to just release it same month, different year

That would be monumental for hip hop like Ye/50 in 2007.
I can't see neither of them losing in a situation like that.
Kendrick's almost 4yr hiatus is an indictment on mainstream rap as well. The fact that he's gone this long and no other rapper has took his lane/spot as the conscious, lyrical rapper with mainstream appeal.
