I dont think so. Yes Kendrick was the main event of many European festivals but they all are cancelled and even next year they wont happen. Im sure that he cancelled his contracts with the festivals and is currently reorganizing the promo of the album, the whole TDE is doing the same. It could take years for the virus to be completely stopped so artists wont release new music? Nah, they just need to adapt. On top of that Kendrick always records music for a particular period of his life and his lyrics reflect his current point of view( 2 -3 years period), if he did not release the album this year the content will be too old at one point. The world is in shambles and Kenny is probably inspired by that so my prediction is that the album will be released this year. Yes definitely that will affect his bank account but its the same with all of us, thats the real life
