It's even worse imo because Eminem has always been a satirical horrorcore rapper as far as his brand, so what hes saying in his rhymes kinda have to be ridiculous and outlandish.

Kendrick is supposed to be this intelligent, conscious rapper, basically the biggest face of conscious rap since Nas, and he basically raps like if Eminem was woke when hes really gone too far with the lyricism.

^ like, this set of bars from a recent eminem feature is more or less the same thing kendrick does, except at the very least, eminem set up a scenario that allowed him to just fill up space rhyming random objects. kendrick will just say s*** like "i'm seekin abasement, debasement, defacement, displacement, ecrasement, effacement, embasement, embracement, emplacement, enfacement, enlacement, erasement, incasement, misplacement, outplacement, replacement, retracement, solacement" in the hopes that the listener will think he's saying something important because of his reputation as a super deep rapper.
