The thing is when he just acts like a normal person focused on creating good music most people are ready to praise him for it or at least give him a chance
The reaction to hnvm was mostly positive and people praised him for releasing a focused album.
Some of the lyrics got minor backlash but people mostly reacted to Her Loss positively and praised his chemistry with 21
Like it doesn't seem like for the most part want to bash drake (ignoring a very small but loud group of nerdier people online)

We just got a whole James Blake album with Yachty and no one asked for it ...why isn't drake experimenting with different electronic artists after the praise he got for hnvm?? Electronic music is huge right now. Instead he'd rather release a bloated album rehashing more of the same ideas that he has been doing repeatedly for years now.
