The thing with MM&BS is that it’s an album made for Kendrick himself, so if you aren’t interested in Kendrick as a person it falls flat, specially because it also has the worst rapping and the worst beats on a Kendrick album. People just don’t care about how great or complex the message is if the music isn’t that good
