I talk to Drake from time to time and honestly the accent switching is more of competence, brilliant thing, most people who speak in a Toronto accent can also pull off a business professional accent too. The accents def aren’t too deep. The mob ties mannnn that’s power bro. What can you do about that?
The dialogue doesn’t have to be that way. Kendrick broke down Drakes background, his lack of black American cultural understanding, his persona shifting and people want to make it a black and white thing.
