He mentions it earlier in the verse. The part about his mother is what provided him with more insight about himself, about abusers, about what it means to be a flawed human being.
There's never an admission of suffered sexual abuse by himself throughout the whole song, nor is it implied.

I just said Whitney believed that happened to Kendrick. And it's pretty clear his abuse/trauma affected him into having a lust addiction
