Time to look at the casualties

Drake:

• Took Kendrick's bait and had to start his song saying nigga just to show how black he is. And on top of "whip and chain you like American slaves" he now has "rapping like you trying to get the slaves freed" as if that isn't a compliment. Plus more and more people calling him a colonizer. Drake's relationship with the culture is looking more and more parasitic after this beef.

• Even more light is shed on his inappropriate behavior with underage women and his relationship with real life trafficker Baka. I know Drake stans will say these are old news but these weren't really things your average rap fan associates with Drake

• He 100% sounds like he's just giving up on The Heart Part 6. Giving up on a beef that he begged his opponent to be more active in. Opinions may vary on whether this was a good move or not, but either way he didn't go out swinging like Kendrick did on Not Like Us

• Allowed Kendrick to completely step over Family Matters. Also allowed Kendrick to drop a pedophile anthem about him. I say "allowed" because Drake's biggest claim in this beef is outsmarting Kendrick with a fake mole...yet even with that fake mole Kendrick was able to make moves that made him look extremely calculated. His rapid fire string of diss tracks will be immortalized in hip hop history.

Kendrick:

• Got outsmarted by Drake with the fake daughter thing, or at least that's how many listeners will see it. Also he lost credibility with the public, now anything he ever says in a beef will be questioned or outright ignored.

• Drake's The Heart Part 6 will always be tied to the acclaimed Heart series

• The abuse allegations are sticking with some people, although to a lesser extent than Drake's allegations. Still, the fact that Drake was able to tarnish the reputation of someone who had zero scandals for his whole career even a little bit is a big deal.

Overall I'd say Drake is worse off after all of this, although this wasn't great for either, but the public perception around Drake seems to be worse right now.
