I think they had a physical altercation probably one time after they got into a big fight and he lost it and he deeply regrets it. I doubt it was continuous physical abuse because there would be evidence of this. Whitney wouldn't be with him.. her brother wouldn't defend him.. etc.

Anyway Whitney is an amazing women. Any man who has a woman like that who is that spiritually and emotionally aware is very lucky. Kendrick won in life for having a ride or die like that in his life and it's no wonder why he is going scorched earth on Drake like this for bringing her up he probably owes a lot of his success to her for keeping him grounded.
