Since around 2017/18, music has changed in the same way movies and tv shows have changed. Everything is content now. People are getting fed the same s*** every day. The MCU, memes, social media, Netflix. Everything part of the content machine to keep people in a loop. That’s why culture hasn’t moved forward since 2018 and everything feels the same now.
That’s why you get a Drake song / feature every two months because people just want a new Drake song for their playlist. They don’t care if it is good. Just like the MCU.
