Thought small repeated sets of like 10 were better for calisthenic pushups??? I don't really do body weight stuff though, I should though since its more reliable and I won't be able to go gym all next month

If I do pushups every day I can prob get to 50 in a week. But they don’t come natural so I get lazy and lose my strength for them

The quality of the reps matter more than anything, so when niggas is talking reps we mean like REAL push ups lol (chest to the ground type s***)
