And I want to add that 65-75 is me going my absolute hardest, I'm not even lifting a fork for the next few hours after doing that
I usually hit the gym about 3 times a week and start with a warmup if 50 push ups and sit ups, then do some random shot after
that's fire.
usually mondays is bench, bis, tris, push ups
tuesdays and thursdays is my cardio/jump rope day (my new weighted rope came in so now I can alternate between that one and the speed rope )
wednesdays is mainly back and shoulders and pull ups (can do 5 sets of 4-5 reps so far)
fridays is leg days.
But I gotta go at night tonight cause I got home too late yesterday

a lot of things (but mainly weight loss and a lil physique. the less I stopped thinking about that s*** the more s*** started to change tbh) but honestly, I just wanted to feel good tbh. Like before this year I never did a single pull up a day in my life. getting up to to 6 on an empty train on saturday had me feeling good as a muhfugga
I don't even look at the scale lol.
The biggest change honestly came from no more pasta or rice at the house (I always had a thing for starch). Like unless I eat out (which I've successfully been doing less cause, saves HELLA money)
