You don't have to lie to yourself about everything.
Album sucked and I genuinely loved all 3 of his previous albums. I've said on this site GKMC TPAB and damn best 3 album run in all of rap. MMBS wasn't it. The creative sound he was using in damn with all those old rock cuts and sound scales and the jazz infusion and spoken word type feel of TPAB plus even the old school hip hop nostalgic vibes of GKMC, there was just none of that earlier refinement I felt like
Yeah tell me what the biggest tour is now? Lol and not to mention Big steppers tour was global and pulled those numbers. It's all a blur was domestic and still destroyed everything lol. Yall really pick and choose when sales are important lmaoo. Mmbs was ok, but miss me with that eckhart tolle power of now bars after all this s*** lol
Mmhh consider the ticket prices crodiana
I mean passionfruit is prolly made for that vibe too
Half the album made for that vibe. Lots of ppl been saying they want a more like /hnvm 2 vibe from him
When you go to a Kendrick concert and he plays
Maad city
Alright
Family Ties
N95
Backseat Freestyle
Kings Dead
DNA
Euphoria
Not Like Us
The hillbillies
Like That
Back to back to back to back to back to back to back
I live to see the crowd singing word for word euphoria and NLU and Like That verse at a pluto concert
Say what you will about Cole, his music, and his moves in the beef, but Cole’s diss, weak as it was, was still only about music, even if it was a misfire. I don’t see Cole standing behind Drake tripling down on him asking an alleged domestic abuse victim shake her ass for him.
What if “the info cole heard about how ugly the beef is about to get” wasn’t about what Kendrick, but that Drake’s red button was nothing more than totally unfounded domestic abuse allegations that he would have to stand behind too if he wanted to remain in the beef?

Passionfruit a top 5 drake song
Again like that came before it lol
And was there any personals on like that

Future gotta bring Kendrick out to do the full like that song.
Oh friend, you forcing timelines, hov was at his peak! Kendrick and Drake are past their peaks but in their primes as artists, the battle was perfectly evened out. Drake the biggest rapper and Kendrick the best rapper, no rapper being accused of being a has been itt, I'm not sure if you noticed Cole deleted and apologized for that take

Ovo jersey just likes the attention now
Mans said he has to get back to work 5 times and has yet to leave
All I’m trying to say is people obviously enjoyed the album lol
I mean dude to a certain degree people enjoy every album, but if we're being objective not as many ppl liked that album and it wasn't as good just like nastradamus which is my original thesis
TPAB is like an art painting in the Louvre. I know it's great from an objective standpoint and it sounds amazing but it doesn't really personally reach me.
Same with GKMC. It's like the typical good guy in the wrong hood story and it is perfectly executed but again, doesn't really reach me on a personal level. Can't deny the hits on there tho.
Morale and Damn have songs I can relate to where I am in life which gives them more replay value for me.

How is that objective? Have your opinion that’s fine but ppl not replaying an album all the time doesn’t mean they don’t like it

Only dirt on Cole were his basketball stats
And was there any personals on like that
Bro he said he's ass ofc it was personal lmaoo he came for him when drake said NOTHING about Kendrick on fps. And apparently Kenny or someone from his camp called Cole and told him to gtfo the beef? Lmaooo cmon man it's personal lolol

Just in comparison to previous Kendrick albums just like in comparison to previous Nas albums lol

That’s a lie though. More people bought this album. Attended the tour. Album was more critically acclaim. Won more awards.
There is literally zero evidence this album was a bad album
And it’s ok you need it to be bad so it lessens the gap between Drake and Kendrick but I’m sorry buddy lol.

Bringing up Mr Morale in the same convo as nastradamus is wild
All this time and Drake still haven’t shown Kendrick beating his wife.
This must still be apart of his plan 😂

Idk, I like how messy Mr Morale is. It's a tough, heavy listen, but he brings up s*** that I've been questioning lately so maybe that's why it hits harder rn.
