Just the constant changing of tracklist until the last moment, insane tweets, beefing with Wiz Khalifa, the music seeming rushed and slapped together compared to MBDTF, the live show... everything really
I think back then people assumed that the chaos was planned and was some genius marketing move, but Kanye under all that pressure was really just have a breakdown.
It only got worse in the years after.
