How is it not s***ty? Drake had s***with a p***star, and instead of taking responsibility for his own actions, he yelled at his BM for not wanting an abortion. He said “fuck you you’re selfish and only want my money”. Please tell me how that’s not being a bad person?

Please tell me how rapping about supporting Roe V Wade on a song isn’t hypocritical when he didn’t respect his BM’s desire to not get an abortion?

Are you a father? Did a girl you just had a one night stand with told you she was pregnant? And she wanted to keep it?

Do I really have to explain that to you? It’s not the best way to react but it absolutely understandable.

Was hoping you might weigh in on this one, given your knowledge on LA gangs and all

I've never claimed to be an expert on LA gangs or any gangs for that matter

Asking if they are a father but hating on someone for being a father earlier is so disingenuous

No it’s not really understandable unless you’re a huge scumbag.

I’m not dumb enough to hit a p***star raw. I also wouldn’t try to pressure her into getting an abortion then turn around and claim I am a champion of women’s rights. If Drake is such a great dad and so rich he can afford to send his kid to any school why’d he want him aborted? Why’d he hide him?

He learned about LA gangs from the internet. I'm not sure what the issue is now

I’m actually not 100% sure but it’s funny that every other Drake fan just jumped to defending them instead of even claiming they’re fake

We know what it is. But HOW is it uniting people? What has changed after the song in the way people behave or how much closer ppl have gotten to each other? That's the meaning of uniting.

This is so interesting to me because I feel like literally anybody who isn’t a massive Drake fanboy would be able to see clear as day how uniting NLU has been. Bridging cultural and generational gaps like a song hasn’t done in a very long time. It’s as if they live in a different world but like unironically

Yeah, not going to defend em if they are real. I just question how legit they are.

My dad is dead. And he was an abusive POS

Look forward to seeing how you try to use that against me

I’m sorry for that. I’m sorry for anything you had to go through.
I’m still friend with my father, he was violent with me when I was a kid. And as I grow older he apologized and told me that how he was raised and he didn’t know better.
I guess the reason I’m « forgiving » of Drake’s actions it’s because I saw my own father change.
But I completely understand if from your point of view that s***ty behavior and it’s unforgivable.

I try to treat this beef as fun and light and I’m sorry if I got too personal.
Thank you for sharing this information about your upbringing. I hope it’s not too painful and I didn’t bring back painful memories

The words you used to describe it can be used about many huge hits, yet none of the got the same title. Interesting.

That’s because they haven’t had nearly the same effect. NLU is infinitely bigger than any Billboard hit of the last decade, and if you can’t see that then you really need to get out more lol.
