Expert@sab I may not have full context but what is this unprofessionalism about banning people for creating a thread? Unless your UX clearly shows a violation once a user is creating a thread, just deleted the thread and let the user know the violation.
Or have AI detection that warns user, similar thread already exists and this is a violation of an existing rule that warrants a ban.
Maybe I am unaware of the full story but banning to cover for the lack of technical capability ain’t it.
