He 100% played a role in commercializing hip hop towards what it is today too. And probably has/had more recognizable and successful brands and brand affiliations outside of rap than Drake.

And from a cultural/black standpoint (and probably why a lot of black men are understandably going through a crisis), Diddy to a LOT of young black men represented black excellence in so many ways. Cannot tell you how many times I've seen niggas repost this video for YEARS.

Can you name every single thing Drake's done off camera in the past week? You can't. The reason why those "incidents" with Millie, Hailey, the 17 year old on stage, etc are known is because they happened in public. Not at Drake's house or any other private place. We don't know what Drake does in private despite him being so famous.
Secondly Drake being more famous than Diddy means Drake has more power than Diddy since fame is currency in an attention economy. This means Drake is powerful and is an important asset to other powerful people. Rich and powerful people are literally able to cover up or avoid any consequences for any wrongdoings through coercion, intimidation, etc. Just look up Brian Peck from Nickolodeon.
If you want to defend Drake just say he's never been proven to be a pedophile. You guys are doing too much and we all know it's because you care more about defending Drake than actually victims of abuse. Because while it's true Drake hasn't been outed as a pedo he objectively has a problematic relationship with young women. You guys can't "well the underage girls said it was okay he was texting them" or "why isn't Whitney smiling!" your way out of this one.
