Jul 4, 2024elderDiddy and Drake both contributed to hip hop. Diddy definitely introduced a lot of talent to hip hop, I’m sure more than Drake has. But Drake has his fair share of talent he introduced. Drake has just as much if not more influence on the sound of hip hop too. There was a certain point in time where everybody was sounding like Drake, or had that one Drake type song on their albums. To top it off he’s the most accessible artist of his caliber
he has a low non-zero amount of influence lmao, outside of maybe commerciality or appealing to women (which rappers have done before him since inception)
